OptiScaler Control Center (OptiCC)

OptiCC is a personal project that lets you manage multiple OptiScaler versions from a single dashboard. I built it to manage my games and wanted to share it to the community, not to compete with other existing tools.
It requires a valid OptiScaler build directory to work.

Note: OptiScaler must be downloaded from the official GitHub page or the dedicated Discord channels for test builds.

Requirements:
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- Full OptiScaler folder
- Freeware

Installation:
1. Download the portable ZIP file.
2. Extract it to your preferred location.
3. Run OptiCC and set a valid OptiScaler build directory.
